Skylark is a 16.2 hh, 8 yr old tb mare. After just 6 starts on the track she spent the last few years foxhunting with an adult amateur. Her owner feels as if her talent might go beyond the hunt field and she is now ready for a new career in eventing or jumpers! She is brave and bold but also quite simple to ride. Goes in a happy mouth snaffle. She is quiet and easy in the barn, turns out with others, ties, stands for the farrier, etc. She is excellent off property and loves new adventures. She is forward thinking but not a wild woman. Would be perfect for a young rider or amateur to bring along in a program.
