Telesis Go Go Gadget is ready to find his partner in crime and show of his jumping talent to the world.
This pony is incredibly easy to jump. He has a good eye, clean jump and is as brave as a lion. He competed intro at Fresno Horse Park and Beginner Novice at Shepherd Ranch 3 day event in CA, he has schooled XC at different venues and been to a jumper schooling show in Texas where he took home several blue ribbons. He also did the West Coast Connemara show and most recently a clinic with Hawley Awad. He has trail ridden off property and seemed to thoroughly enjoy it!
Gadget has comfortable gaits. He is on the right track to becoming more supple and correct in dressage and with the right rider should produce some nice dressage scores. He has good rhythm and could potentially be competitive in the hunter world as well as jumpers, but would also be such a fun pony to event on!
Gadget is not a super forward pony by nature, however once in gear he does not require alot of nagging to keep him there. Lead changes are coming along nicely and should finish out automatic. He will occasionally miss the hind leg still, but with some more attention to them they will be solid.
Gadget likes to be the center of attention. He has a big personality and makes me laugh on a daily basis. He does have some pony like tendencies such as pulling you sideways for a blade of grass if you're not paying attention, however he is easily corrected and not offended by being told to behave. He is wonderful for the farrier.
He is not a 100% finished product, but he has proven he has the talent and desire to be successful in several areas.
Gadgets ideal owner is someone who is educated and patient enough to put some finishing touches on his dressage. A small adult amateur would be right up his alley or an experienced older kid in a program. A beginner could and has ridden him however we dont feel like that would be ideal for him consistently at this point in his training. Later in life, absolutely.
Gadget had an extensive PPE preformed late last year with xrays head to toe. He did have club foot surgery late last year as well for good measure and has ZERO restrictions. He is barefoot and UTD on everything and very sound.
