Growing up being the only horse crazed kid in the family, I found my passion for horses very early in life starting with weekly Hunter/Jumper lessons back in 1995 at 13 years old. No one expected this to turn into my life's passion of 20 years and counting. Showing and competing on lesson schooling Off Track Thoroughbreds and Quarter Horses led my desire to the race track in 2005, where my passion took full force and Equine Racers was created. Spending the last 11 years galloping racing Thoroughbreds and Quarter Horses, developed my riding and horsemanship skills to a degree where my experience has grown into rehabilitating and training young racehorses coming off the track into new careers. Competing with my own OTTBs in Dressage and Eventing has given me the drive and focus to transition these horses with the emphasis on Dressage as the bases of jumping. By building a solid foundation thorough positive learning with structure, routine, and discipline, all of which experience has taught me builds a happy, focused, and safe equine partner. I continue to increase my equine education on a daily basis thorough lessons, hands on experience, various required rehabilitation of these horses, as well as new training tactics. Being able to see these horses excel into a new career with smiling owners keeps my passion alive and makes me truly love what I do.

The donations I receive will go towards helping pull out previously raced Thoroughbreds and/or Quarter Horses out of local auctions, or horses in need of immediate homes right off the track. These horses might also need assistance in vet care including: X-rays and surgery, farrier work, dental, temporary housing, feed, shavings, and sometimes transportation. I provide majority of out of pocket expenses and need assistance to be able to help out more horses.

Products are delivered United States wide using United States Post (Registered Post). Shipping costs are influenced by the size and weight of the product and your location, exact shipping costs are calculated in the shopping cart and will be added to the order total before checkout.

Orders are dispatched within 2 business days and shipping times are estimated at between 3-10 business days depending on your location within United States. Please be aware deliveries outside of metropolitan areas may take longer. This service will require your signature when the package is delivered. If you are not available at time of delivery, a card will be left for you to collect your package from the nearest Post Office.

For faulty products, EquineRacers offer a 14 DAY REPLACEMENT WARRANTY, from the date you receive your product. They do not offer a satisfaction guarantee on any of their products, however due to their high level of customer service, they will always endeavor to keep customers happy and satisfied.

If your product is faulty, it will be replaced with an identical product. If they cannot replace the product, they will offer you the option of choosing another product of the same value, or provide you with a refund for the total value of the faulty product.

Please note: Standard postage fees apply to all return orders. Where the return relates to a faulty item, the replacement product will be sent out to you, at no charge, within 5 working days from the date we receive the faulty product.

When returning your product, please make sure you provide the following details:

• Your order number


• Reason why you are returning the product


• Your instructions informing us how you would like the issue resolved.

Please include the original order confirmation or invoice you received with your product. Also, if you haven't previously provided a contact phone number, please include this with your return. This will ensure the issue is resolved quickly, should anyone need to contact you.
