Tariffs & Duties
Most of our products are shipped from our warehouses in the USA, the UK, and India, but tariffs are charged by the importing country based on the origin/manufacturing country of the goods, regardless of the shipping location.
- In the USA, tariffs are included in the product price and are paid by us on behalf of our customers.
- In Australia, no tariffs apply for orders under 1000 AUD.
- In other countries, if tariffs apply, they will be charged upon delivery and are paid directly by the customer.

Exchange, Returns, and Refunds Policy
Return Policy
- You can return your item(s) within 15 days of receipt.
- You will need a receipt or proof of purchase to authorize your return.
- The item(s) must be in the same condition & packaging in which it is received with intact labels.
Q. What is the cost of returning my package?
We do not offer pre-paid return labels allowing you to choose the best rates available from various postal services in your country.
Q. How to start a return?
Please follow the instructions below to start your return.
- Contact us to authorize and inform us of your return. You will need:
- Your order number
- Name(s) of the item(s) you want to return
- Reason for return
- Get a shipping label from the service provider of your choice.
- Share the shipping label with us & attach it to the package. Make sure that any old labels are removed or no longer legible.
- Drop your package at the closest post office or post box.
- As soon as we have received and processed your return, we’ll refund you for the returned product(s).
Please note that you will not receive a refund if we are not intimated about the return or have not received the return label.
Q. Exchange Policy
If you want to exchange a product:
- Please return the product as described in Q. How do I start my return from the USA/IN?
- Place your new order on our website.
- Once your return has been received the refund for your original item will be processed.
Only items of equal value can be exchanged.

Standard delivery time frames are between 3-10 business days; in the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfill your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a back order or a full refund.
