Shipping and Delivery Policy
All items shipped within the Continental U.S.A. will be shipped USPS/UPS/FedEx Ground.
Shipping outside the Continental U.S.A., International Shipping and Expedited Shipping is also available. Prices are determined using the current UPS, FedEx, USPS, or USPS Global rates based in the weight of the order. Please call or email us for quote.
Backordered items ship within 8-12 weeks. You will be notified if an item is backordered.
Exchange, Returns, and Refunds Policy
Our intention is to design quality products that meet your needs. For that reason, all IPPOS products purchased directly from our Web site carry a complete satisfaction guarantee. If, at any time within the first 15 days of receiving your product you are unsatisfied for any reason, simply contact us for an exchange or refund. We apologize, but shipping charges on returned products cannot be refunded. Custom orders and monogrammed orders are not returnable. For any returns or exchanges, the item must be unused and in its original condition.
Products returned for refund will be credited within 5-10 business days of the receipt of the item(s). The refund can only be in the form of a credit to the original purchasing credit card.

Customer Service Policy
IPPOS is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We endeavour to make sure that all products listed are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. Standard delivery time frames are between 3-10 business days; in the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfill your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a back order or a full refund.
