Exchange, Returns, and Refunds Policy

MaKeBe srls ACCEPTS ITEMS BACK ONLY AND SOLELY BECAUSE OF EVENTUAL FAULTS of the items or if items delivered are different from those ordered.
Please choose carefully before you buy. Exchanges because of mind changes are not possible nor suitable being involved custom procedures and international shipment, they would be too expensive for the buyer as all costs of change would be charged to the customer.

Only and solely for faulty products, MaKeBe offers a 14 DAY REPLACEMENT WARRANTY from the date you receive your product (so please keep receipt of delivery, thank you).

If your product is faulty, it will be replaced with an identical product. If MaKeBe cannot replace the product, it will offer you the option of choosing another product having same value or provide you with a refund for the total value of the faulty product.
Firs of all you have to advance your claim by email to info@makebe.it. Pictures of the fault are peremptory to evaluate the case.
Once the Company will have approved the return there will be a pick up to your address. PLEASE anyway DO NOT SEND BACK ITEMS to the Company BEFORE HAVING THE CONFIRMATION the Comapny is accepting your return and its reasons. In that case there wont be any refund nor replacement.

The replacement of a faulty item will be sent out to you, at no charge, within 5 working days from the date the Company has received the return.

When returning your product, please make sure you provide the following details:

• your full name and direct contact (email or whatsapp number) should anyone from the Company need to contact you


• your order number


• please insert the Company email approving the return (this is very important to be sure the issue will be managed quickly and having the whole history of the claim)


• please highlight your eventual preferences of solution, the Company will do its best to come towards you

You should carefully read the following Terms of Use and Sale relevant to MaKeBe srls Company.

These General Conditions of Sale are for the purchase of products made remotely via computer network at www.makebe.it site, hereinafter referred to as the seller.
Each purchase transaction will be governed by the provisions of Legislative Law no. 185/99 and, as regards the protection of confidentiality, it will be submitted to the rules set out in Law 675/96.

Conditions of Sale

1. Product Catalogue and prices
   The product catalog is viewable online and is constantly updated, so the terms of purchase of single product are those prevailing at the time of the conclusion of the order and do not take into account any updates or subsequent tenders.
   The catalog prices are inclusive of VAT and expressed in euro.
   The indications of the materials and tissue composition are those indicated by the manufacturer. The seller can not be held responsible for damage caused by improper use of the articles. The goods and their packaging may be slightly different from the picture published on the site.




2. Orders

1. Right of withdrawal
   In accordance with Legislative Decree 22 May 1999 n. 185 the customer can exercise the right of withdrawal within 10 days of receipt of merchandise communicating the will and giving the following information:

Repayment will be made in full, excluding shipping costs, within 30 days by bank transfer to the coordinates specified by the customer. The seller reserves the right to not accept the returned goods if the goods are returned tampered or improperly deteriorated.

   This guarantee will apply to products that present lack of conformity and / or failures not evident at the time of purchase, provided the product is used properly and with due diligence and that in respect of its destination.
   The guarantee will not be applicable in case of negligence and carelessness in the use and maintenance of the product.
   The guarantee is personal and will apply only to the original buyer, being restricted to direct customers and not to dealers, retailers, etc.
   Any defect of the products must be reported in writing by the customer within the law at the time of shipment of the defective product, re-routing that must be agreed with the Seller.
   All returns will be tested and will be returned to the Customer’s costs if they will be found normal operation.
