Shipping and Delivery Policy
USPS or UPS — $10.95 to contiguous 48 states. This is how we keep our shipping cost to you low. We are happy to ship internationally but in order to do so, please contact info@meanwhilebackonthefarm.com for shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories or International locations including Canada.
*Once we receive your order, your items will be shipped within 3 business days.
Exchange, Returns, and Refunds Policy
Easy Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be 100% pleased and satisfied with your order. If for some reason you aren't happy with your order or have any questions, shoot us an email at info so that we can work on finding a resolution.
We accept returns for a full refund or exchange 14 days from date of purchase. Please note that all sales are final when a custom monogram is applied.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. E-mail us at info@meanwhilebackonthefarm.com describing your issue in detail and identifying it as either a return or a defect. We will determine if you are eligible for a return or replacement. Promotional items are not returnable.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Depending on your location, delivery time for exchanged products will vary.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 business days.

Customer Service Policy
Meanwhile Back on the Farm is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We endeavour to make sure that all products listed are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. Standard delivery time frames are between 3-10 business days; in the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfill your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a back order or a full refund.
