Zambezi Grace Guarantee
We are dedicated to making the world’s best crocodile goods.
To prove it, we offer an unconditional guarantee for life to our US customers: no strings attached, no ifs and buts. If you are dissatisfied with your Zambezi Grace product in any way - damage to the hardware, scratches on the leather, etc., then we will be happy to assist wherever we can and pay for the return of your product to you. However, if we find that we cannot repair the item, we will give you a full refund.
Returns
We believe in our product and therefore believe in an excellent and fair return policy. ZambeziGrace.com customers may return any online purchase to our Customer Service Center within 30 days from the date of delivery for a refund or exchange. All returns must include the original sales receipt and be returned in the original packaging.
Returning a product for exchange or refund is free. To do this, you must return the articles to us via our carrier by using our system of pre-paid return labels (See Return or Exchange Items section). For orders valued over $10,000, please contact an Internet Shopping Specialist at 1-866-922-9996 to arrange your return. Any items with signs of wear, damage or alteration may not be accepted as a return. Gift recipients are entitled to an exchange of equal or greater value only.

We are happy to offer free shipping on orders of $800 or more. The discount will be applied when you go to check out.
Gift Messaging
A gift message may be created during the check out process, by adding a message to the field on the shopping cart page. Please make sure you confirm the message to ensure that the message will be included upon order submission. The gift message will be printed on a gift card and enclosed in an envelope with your order.
Payment Information
ZambeziGrace.com accepts the following credit, charge and debit cards, American Express, MasterCard, Visa, and PayPal. We do not accept checks, money orders, wire transfers, or store credit for ZambeziGrace.com orders.
Sales Tax
ZambeziGrace.com charges state, county and local tax as required by the applicable law.
Packaging
All ZambeziGrace.com orders will arrive in a signature Zambezi Grace box. Detailed product information will accompany each product.
Modifying or Cancelling an Order
Orders may be modified or cancelled before the delivery process has been initiated. Orders already in the delivery process may be subsequently returned for a refund or exchange
Delivery Method
Orders placed by 12:00 noon EST are shipped same day. Orders after 12:00 noon EST will be shipped the following business day. Please note that all purchases from ZambeziGrace.com require signature confirmation. For shipping outside of the US, please allow up to 30 days.
Zambezi Grace does not ship to P.O. Box or APO/FPO addresses. Zambezi Grace does not deliver to hotels.
Exchange, Returns, and Refunds Policy
Please choose carefully before you buy.
For faulty products, Zambezi Grace offer a 14 DAY REPLACEMENT WARRANTY, from the date you receive your product. They do not offer a satisfaction guarantee on any of their products, however due to their high level of customer service, they will always endeavor to keep customers happy and satisfied.
If your product is faulty, it will be replaced with an identical product. If they cannot replace the product, they will offer you the option of choosing another product of the same value, or provide you with a refund for the total value of the faulty product.
Please note: Standard postage fees apply to all return orders. Where the return relates to a faulty item, the replacement product will be sent out to you, at no charge, within 5 working days from the date we receive the faulty product.
When returning your product, please make sure you provide the following details:
- Your full name
- Your order number
- Reason why you are returning the product
- Your instructions informing us how you would like the issue resolved.
Please include the original order confirmation or invoice you received with your product. Also, if you haven't previously provided a contact phone number, please include this with your return. This will ensure the issue is resolved quickly, should anyone need to contact you.
Customer Service Policy
Zambezi Grace is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We endeavour to make sure that all products listed are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. Standard delivery time frames are between 3-10 business days; in the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfill your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a back order or a full refund.
