As the name says, the D-ring snaffles have their “rings” in the shape of a D, rather than circular. The shape does not allow the bit to rotate, and also applies some lateral pressure on the horse’s mouth.
All bits are available in middle soft (green) and soft (red) hardness.

Please choose carefully before you buy. Exchanges because of mind changes are not possible nor suitable being involved custom procedures and international shipment, they would be too expensive for the buyer as all costs of change would be charged to the customer.

Only and solely for faulty products, MaKeBe offers a 14 DAY REPLACEMENT WARRANTY from the date you receive your product (so please keep receipt of delivery, thank you).

If your product is faulty, it will be replaced with an identical product. If MaKeBe cannot replace the product, it will offer you the option of choosing another product having same value or provide you with a refund for the total value of the faulty product.
Firs of all you have to advance your claim by email to info@makebe.it. Pictures of the fault are peremptory to evaluate the case.
Once the Company will have approved the return there will be a pick up to your address. PLEASE anyway DO NOT SEND BACK ITEMS to the Company BEFORE HAVING THE CONFIRMATION the Comapny is accepting your return and its reasons. In that case there wont be any refund nor replacement.

The replacement of a faulty item will be sent out to you, at no charge, within 5 working days from the date the Company has received the return.

When returning your product, please make sure you provide the following details:

• your full name and direct contact (email or whatsapp number) should anyone from the Company need to contact you


• your order number


• please insert the Company email approving the return (this is very important to be sure the issue will be managed quickly and having the whole history of the claim)


• please highlight your eventual preferences of solution, the Company will do its best to come towards you
